The quality and compliance monitoring software, SICOMO, allows the creation of a checklist for AOC using requirements from the regulations database updated by IMPROVED CLIMB. So, in the Checklist view, you can manage the organisation’s checklists.
The drop-down of the Checklist Elaboration panel will allow to see in the Requirements viewer the EASA Requirements or questions of the Selected Standard that will be added to the Checklist.
Moreover, SICOMO allows us to add several requirements that belong to the same branch of the tree as shown below.
Once we have the items within the Checklist for AOC, it is possible to move them to change their order:
When adding the requirements to the Checklist, the Standards to which they belong in the table of the Standards Included panel are registered as shown:
Finally, when we have done and organized the Checklist, we can Save it and will be registered to use it when required.
The SICOMO solution, that combines software with related services, allows this kind of automatization, which translates into a decrease of the workload related with the inefficiency of quality and compliance monitoring management, as well as the management of audit plans and its performance, the management of noncompliance, and the reports generation among others.
