In this post we will explain how to manage audits and inspections within air operators. SICOMO allows you to manage the audits and inspections for your organisation in the Audits and Inspections panel of the Home tab, through a simple and intuitive interaction between Auditor and Auditee.
SICOMO shows the status of the audit in a Timeline like the one shown in the image. The completed steps are shown in green, while the incomplete steps are gray.
The workflow of the audit is managed by different tabs in which it is necessary to take action to advance in it. During the audit process, you must:
- Send notification to the auditor,
- Prepare the audit and include the Checklist,
- Send notification to the auditee,
- Complete the Checklist, and
- Approve the approval workflow of the audit report.
When the audit is completed, you can access each of the findings that have been generated in it by clicking on the items in the Findings table of the Conduct Audit tab:
The solution offers the possibility of printing the report of the Audit in PDF as shown on the screen.
