The SICOMO solution allows you to create and manage the audit plans and audit programmes for air operators by a simple and interactive way. The audit programme for air operators includes the configuration of the audits that the organisation will have in the year, without an established date, while the audit plan establishes a specific date in the audits included in the program.
In the Audit Programme tab you can manage the audits and inspections that include the Audit Programme of your organisation. This tab is divided into panels in which audits are organized according to whether they are internal, supplier or external.
Once the audit programme is created, you can reuse it for the next years with the same configuration.
The tasks to be performed to create the plan once the Audit Program is created are:
- Drag the Program audits to the Calendar to set a specific date. (Video 2)
- Approve the approval workflow of the Plan. (Video 3)
- Close the plan when all audits are closed.
The management of the audit plans in SICOMO is carried out through the Audits and Inspections Plan panel of the Home tab. Associated tasks with the audit plans are organized through workflows graphically represented with Timelines, in which the completed states are marked with green circles. Shown below is the Timeline of the Audit Plan:
The SICOMO solution, that combines software with related services, allows this kind of automatization, which translates into a decrease of the workload related with the inefficiency of quality and compliance monitoring management, as well as the management of audit plans and its performance, the management of noncompliance, and the automatic reports on the compliance status of the requirements among others.
If you wish to get more information about how to create and manage the audit plans and audit programmes for air operators or how air operators can generate automatic reports on the compliance status of the requirements, ask for a free demo and subscribe to the EASA Quality Compliance Newsletter, where you will find information about new technologies and tools for air operators.
