In this post we will explain how to manage Findings with SICOMO solution, a compliance monitoring software for air operators that allows you to manage the findings that are generated in audits and inspections of your organisation through the panel Findings located in the Home tab.
To manage Findings with SICOMO, the solution shows the status of the Finding in a timeline like the one shown in the image. The completed steps are shown in green, while the incomplete steps are gray.
Depends on your organisation, you can configure your default flow values applying your own criteria in different switches in Configuration/Findings tab:
The workflow of the Finding with SICOMO is managed by different tabs in which it is necessary to take action to advance in it. During the resolution of finding process, it is necessary to take action in an interactive way between Auditor-Responsible for the resolution:
- Send notification to the Responsible for the Resolution.
- Propose and accept the Correction (If apply).
- Propose and accept the Corrective Action (If apply).
- Propose and accept the Evidence of Implementation.
- Study the Effectiveness of the resolution.
- Approve the approval workflow of the Finding report.
- Close the Finding by Authority (If apply).
When the Finding is Closed, you can print a detail report in PDF that contains all the answers and details that have been proposed during the whole process as shown on the screen:
The SICOMO solution, that combines software with related services, allows this kind of automatization, which translates into a decrease of the workload related with the inefficiency of quality and compliance monitoring management, as well as the management of audit plans and its performance, the management of noncompliance, and the reports generation among others.
