Web environment solution for air operators: How SICOMO works with Conduct Audit

SICOMO, the web environment solution for air operators, allows you to manage the audit using the Conduct Audit tab inside the Audit item selected in the Home tab:

Once you are in Conduct Audit tab, with the web environment solution for air operators, SICOMO, you can manage the Checklist that you have previously selected for the audit, answering the desire answer for each item of it:

To answer one item, you should choose one of them and select one of the answer options previously configured for each client. Furthermore, the auditor can include comments and notes for each one:

If the answer for the item is a Finding (Preventive Action, Improve Action or Nonconformity), SICOMO allows you to include the description of the Finding and attached evidences of them:

If the answer for the item is a Nonconformity, the web environment solution for air operators allows you to include the level of the Finding. Beside, you can generate various Findings associated with the same requirement or question like shows the screen:

When an item has been answered like a nonconformity and it has more than one finding, you can view the number of finding next to the lens that appear with the item in the list like shows the screen:

If you unfold the Nonconformity item, you can view the text of the requirement, the different references that it has and the different levels of findings for each respond.

When you have answered all the items, you can select YES in the Checklist Completed Switch and continue with the audit flow:
